Modeling & Proposal

Project implementation

Every project is unique. We start with a free discovery consultation to determine how best to help you or your organization and to establish the scope of the work. Next, we model a project and explore a proposal together. When we've got a firm foundation for what the work will look like, we implement the proposed project at your organization with regular communication and adaptive collaboration to problem-solve on the go. Finally, we circle back with you at the conclusion of the project for feedback on how the work went and how to measure its impact.

A Note on Pricing and Fees

"How much do you charge?" is a lazy question that gets a lazy answer: $150 per hour plus any travel or incidental expenses. We build custom solutions for complex problems; you receive a basic assessment of your organization's greatest growth opportunities with a custom quote that details how we can work to make the most of them. All that happens before you spend a dime.

We operate according to the Code of Ethics of both the National Council on Nonprofits and the Association of Fundraising Professionals - and you should, too. This guarantees fair and transparent pricing practices not based on a percentage of any funds raised or organizational budgets and not based on contingent-fee practices. It also establishes foundational expectations for professionalism and mission-first attitudes that are crucial for our partnership.
